Leading the fundraising efforts, this individual will be responsible for working with the Chief Development Officer to create and implement comprehensive annual fundraising campaigns and events.

This person will manage fundraising events, and related campaigns, in conjunction with internal and external cross-functional teams. The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the organization’s grant portfolio - including the grant writing processes - as well as the peer-to-peer athletic fundraising program (Champions).

The Senior Outdoor Leader at Another Summit is responsible for planning and delivering safe, high-quality, educational outdoor experiences by ensuring program goals are met, teaching advanced outdoor skills, and conducting comprehensive risk assessments of outdoor activities.

Senior Outdoor Leaders advocate for inclusivity by offering a range of opportunities, including outings that are fully accessible to all ages and abilities, by identifying and mitigating common barriers to participation. Senior Outdoor Leaders are also responsible for the professional development and supervision of outdoor leaders and other team members as assigned.
