About Your Hosts

Ashley Rogers is the Operations Manager for Peer Services at Guardian Revival and is a trained Peer Leader.

Ashley had a 6 year career in the United States Navy followed by 5 years of supporting the Navy as a Defense Contractor supporting Naval Submarine Acquisition. She was married to a Navy SEAL for a decade and they were dual-military household while both in service.

In Ashley’s own words:

“I'm a Navy veteran and a former Navy Special operations spouse. Being a military spouse has unique challenges, such as limited support, emotional and mental health struggles, and maintaining the home front during deployments. This is an opportunity for military partners and spouses to connect, share experiences, and build a supportive community.”

Audra Sichler is a dedicated mother of three, a proud police wife of 20 years, and a passionate firefighter. Balancing the demands of family life with her commitment to supporting her husband during his career, Audra exemplifies resilience and selflessness in both her personal and professional roles.

She is also an entrepreneur and athlete and balancing this while her role as a supportive partner to a law enforcement officer brings its own set of challenges and rewards. Throughout it all, Audra's unwavering love for her family remains at the heart of everything she does.

In Audra’s own words:

“I am a spouse of a 20 year NYPD detective. I am also a firefighter for Lake Carmel Fire Department, as well as the wellness manager for Guardian Revival. I host a gathering on Zoom once a month for spouses and significant others of first responders. It's something that I am very passionate about, being a police wife for 20 years and having a family.

I love to share what I have done, on being a spouse after our significant other retires, having a job yourself, taking care of the home, and our own self-care. That is very, very important.

I definitely have some great ways to incorporate care into your busy life, and I'm really excited about hosting these calls. I hold it dear in my heart just because my husband and I have had a successful marriage through his 20 year profession, and I want that for everyone else.”

Homefront Gatherings

Organized by our Homefront program, Gatherings allow the family members of guardians to connect over shared experiences and similarities.

We encourage you to continue building your network of peers & connections to your community. We also often share and discuss new & existing resources for mental health & wellness available — for you, your family, and your guardian.

Our Peer Services Division organizes Gatherings for guardians:

  • Vet2Vet (for veterans and active duty military)

  • First Line (Law Enforcement, Fire, and EMS)

  • Women Guardians (for women across service branches)

  • Wellness Wednesdays (for all veterans & first responders)

Gatherings may be in-person or held virtually via Zoom.

Although we always love to see your face, feel free to keep your camera off & your microphone silent and tune in for a listen. You never know what you'll learn!
