Mobility for Health
Mobility is about movement — specifically making sure your joints can easily move with you throughout your daily life. Think: getting up in the morning, taking a flight of stairs, picking things up off the floor — and doing it without pain or difficulty. “Our bodies need to move and stretch in order to stay healthy and ready to respond to an emergency. Join us for mobility with MCHN Strength and improve your readiness on and off duty!”
Writing Workshop
You are welcome at our writing workshop whether you have lots of ideas or zero! Join us to discover, create, and express freely in whatever format & style you’d like, in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Instructor Dominika Wrozynski has taught creative writing and literature for 22 years and welcomes veterans into a safe and welcoming space to explore reading & writing.

GUARDIAN STRONG! Fitness Event
Guardian Strong brings the community together through fitness to honor those who serve as military, veterans, and first responders — and to raise awareness & hope around mental health and suicide prevention. Vietnam Veterans Open Mic
March 29th is Vietnam Veterans Day. Please join us as we commemorate this special day with an Open Mic Event
Whether you would like to speak, sing, or observe, please join us in the hall at the Veterans Memorial Building in Beacon. The Encore Jam Band will be playing music from the era. Please register if you are a Vietnam Veteran or the family member of a Vietnam Veteran and would like a few minutes at the microphone to share your perspective, thoughts, or reflections.
Light refreshments will be served. All are welcome to listen and share camaraderie.

FightCamp Workout #4
Looking for a way to boost your fitness, build confidence, and punch out some stress? Join us for FightCamp, a virtual boxing and kickboxing series designed for all levels — including total beginners. Come train with a supportive community of guardians and families, learn new skills, build strength, and leave each session feeling better than when you started.

Nashville Marathon
Run the Rock 'n' Roll Running Series Nashville Marathon — and make a difference in the lives of our guardians. The course takes you around Nashville, past many iconic landmarks, including Broadway's honky-tonks, Dolly Parton's recording studio, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and many more. End your day crossing the finish line at Nissan Stadium, home of the Tennessee Titans.
Fly Fishing Cohort: May 2026
Journey with Another Summit into the world of fly fishing with our Fly Fishing Cohort. This three session cohort is perfect for those just getting into fly fishing or those who’ve enjoyed it for years.

Horses are naturally sensitive to human emotions, making them incredible partners in this journey. Through ground-based horsemanship, we guide you through a hands-on experience to develop non-verbal communication skills, emotional agility, and tools to stay grounded in high-stress situations.

Fieldcraft Cohort 2026
Join Another Summit and Accipiter Fieldcraft for our 2026 Fieldcraft Cohort. Instructed by Jon Turner, USMC veteran, this cohort-style 3-part wilderness survival series will provide methods to cover basic needs of survival in the wilderness — Shelter, Water, Fire, Food, and Tools — by using modern and primitive resources.
