  • Aaron Leonard

    Chief Executive Officer

    Aaron Leonard is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with over 27 years of service and a lifelong commitment to supporting those who serve. As Guardian Revival’s CEO, Aaron brings deep leadership experience and a passion for promoting mental health and resilience within the military and first responder communities.

    Prior to becoming CEO, Aaron led the Another Summit program, where he championed the power of outdoor experiences to foster healing and connection. His work has included leadership roles with Sierra Club Military Outdoors and founding the New York Outdoor Rx Coalition, advancing efforts to make public lands more accessible for veterans.

  • Kim Haight

    Chief of Staff

    Kim Haight, MPA, is an accomplished nonprofit executive with more than a decade of leadership experience in organizational strategy, advocacy, and mission-driven program development. She’s committed her career to public service, community resilience, and the well-being of vulnerable populations.

    In past executive roles, Kim championed systems reform, led crisis response during the COVID-19 pandemic, and cultivated partnerships across government, law enforcement, mental health providers, and community stakeholders. Prior to joining Guardian Revival, Kim served as Executive Director of the Child Abuse Prevention Center, and as Director of Advocacy for the New York State Children’s Alliance.
