Mindfulness Walk | poets Walk
Join our outdoor leaders for a tranquil 2.2-mile mindfulness walk through Poets Walk Park, a scenic sanctuary nestled along the majestic Hudson River near Rhinebeck in Dutchess County.
As we meander along its winding paths, bordered by lush woods and sweeping river vistas, we'll find ourselves walking in the footsteps of literary giants who once sought solace and inspiration here. The gentle trail leads us through varied scenes; from quiet, wooded nooks bursting with fall foliage to open fields that stretch towards the Hudson River, with views of the Catskills High Peaks, each portion offering its own unique and peaceful moment.
