Looking for a way to boost your fitness, build confidence, and punch out some stress? Join us online for FightCamp, a virtual boxing and kickboxing series designed for all levelsincluding total beginners!

Come train with a supportive community of guardians and families, learn new skills, build strength, and finish each session feeling better than when you started. We’ll be offering 4 sessions this spring (January - April 2026), so you can start your months and new year off getting sweaty & strong!

💥 Bonus Challenge: Attend all four sessions and you’ll be entered into a raffle to win a free-standing heavy bag! (valued at $600)

  • WHO: Open to guardians & family members

    • We welcome all guardians (active & retired): Veterans, Active Military, Reserve, National Guard, Law Enforcement, Fire & Rescue, EMS, Dispatchers, Corrections, and Federal Agents

  • WHEN: First Tuesday of the Month @ 7 - 8 PM ET

    • Jan 6, Feb 3, Mar 3, Apr 7, 2026

  • WHERE: Online via Zoom

  • Note

    • No prior experience necessary — all skill & fitness levels are welcome!

    • Please wear comfortable clothing and have water available. Try not to eat a heavy meal beforehand.

    • You may participate camera off if you prefer :)
