American Military History Series
Join our monthly American Military History series. Come learn more about the Hudson Valley region & its military history. This month’s session we will hear from Denise D. VanBuren, the President of the Beacon Historical Society. She has also served as the President General of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, headquartered in Washington, D.C.
Mobility for Health
This invigorating Level 2 Mobility Class will challenge and refine your movement abilities through a combination of standing and floor-based exercises. This class is designed for individuals who already possess a baseline level of mobility and are looking to improve their performance in and out of the gym.

VFW Post 5491 in Mahopac is hosting a ceremony in honor of Vietnam Veterans Day on March 29 at 11:30 AM ET. On March 29, 1973, the last U.S. combat troops left South Vietnam.

Join the NAMI Homefront Education Program for family, friends, and significant others of military service members and veterans: a free, six-session online education program that focuses on the unique needs of military and veteran communities, including post-deployment and post-discharge transitions. Join us as we partner with Hudson Valley Shred Vets for an afternoon/evening of snow sports at Thunder Ridge Mountain. Participants can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, or come enjoy the lodge.
