Mindfulness Walk | Cornish Estate
Join outdoor leaders Leslie and Lauren on an easy 2 mile meditative walk through the Cornish Estate Ruins in Cold Spring, NY.
On this walk through the scenic woods of the Hudson Highlands State Park Preserve, we’ll get to explore the historic Cornish Estate Ruins, an old farm and manor that fell into disrepair in the early 1900s. The mostly stone skeleton of the manor is still standing today, and the sprawling estate provides a glimpse into life in the Hudson River Valley in the 1800s - 1900s.
