Fahnestock Day Hike
Join our us for an easy 2.4-mile day hike through the scenic forest of Fahnestock State Park in Putnam County.
This loop style route brings us along a section of the Appalachian Trail in Fahnestock State Park, over rugged footpaths and the occasional short scramble. As we walk through through groves of maples, oaks, beeches, and hemlock, we may spot some of New York's elusive local wildlife.

Our outdoor adventures range from beginner to advanced difficulty levels and are led by certified outdoor leaders. Another Summitβs difficulty rating system considers multiple factors, including elevation, terrain, and frequency of rests.
