Mindfulness Walk | Stony Brook
Join us for a peaceful, refreshing early-spring mindfulness walk in scenic Harriman State Park, NY.
This 2.1-mile loop-style walk will bring you along a tranquil bubbling brook surrounded by the open deciduous forest characteristic of Harriman State Park. On this walk, you'll have the option to partake in guided mindfulness activities designed to strengthen your connection to the surrounding nature and provide opportunity for reflection and restful meditation.

Another Summit organizes and leads outdoor adventure activities β such as walking, hiking, backpacking, and paddling β in the Hudson Valley Region of New York & across the Northeast.
We welcome guardians of all ages and ability levels, including those with accessibility needs, and we work to facilitate access throughout the Hudson Valley and NYC area.
Our outdoor adventures range from beginner to advanced difficulty levels and are led by certified outdoor leaders. Another Summitβs difficulty rating system considers multiple factors, including elevation, terrain, and frequency of rests.
