Fieldcraft Workshop | Firecraft

Join our monthly recurring Fieldcraft Workshop Series!

Our Fieldcraft Workshop series provides an opportunity to learn and practice essential wilderness skills, covering a broad range of topics from everyday skills like knot-tying and knife work to potentially life-saving survival skills like shelter and fire construction. These workshops also provide a taste of our annual Fieldcraft Cohort, which takes place in the fall.

In a survival situation, having the ability to build a small campfire can help provide warmth, cook food, treat water and increase morale. Successfully building a safe fire is not just about gear you carry but largely depends on skill. In this workshop we will learn multiple ways to build, start and maintain a campfire.
