Join us for Wellness Wednesdays! This gathering will focus on various topics related to health & wellness, including exercise, nutrition, mindfulness, and sleep. Hosted by Eddie, former FDNY and a Peer Support Specialist for Guardian Revival, these gatherings are an open forum and offer an opportunity to listen, learn, and share what's on your mind.

Looking for a way to boost your fitness, build confidence, and punch out some stress? Join us for FightCamp, a virtual boxing and kickboxing series designed for all levels — including total beginners. Come train with a supportive community of guardians and families, learn new skills, build strength, and leave each session feeling better than when you started.
Our Jam sessions are outlets for guardians to explore music & build meaningful relationships and are hosted by a trained Lead Musician. Guardians of any skill level are welcome to join — using your own instrument or one of ours.

Horses are naturally sensitive to human emotions, making them incredible partners in this journey. Through ground-based horsemanship, we guide you through a hands-on experience to develop non-verbal communication skills, emotional agility, and tools to stay grounded in high-stress situations.

Mobility is about movement — specifically making sure your joints can easily move with you throughout your daily life. Think: getting up in the morning, taking a flight of stairs, picking things up off the floor — and doing it without pain or difficulty. “Our bodies need to move and stretch in order to stay healthy and ready to respond to an emergency. Join us to discover, create, and express freely in whatever format & style you’d like, in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Instructor Dominika Wrozynski has taught creative writing and literature for 22 years and welcomes veterans into a safe and welcoming space to explore reading & writing.
