Mobility is about movement — specifically making sure your joints can easily move with you throughout your daily life. Think: getting up in the morning, taking a flight of stairs, picking things up off the floor — and doing it without pain or difficulty. “Our bodies need to move and stretch in order to stay healthy and ready to respond to an emergency. Join us for mobility with MCHN Strength and improve your readiness on and off duty!”
Engage with literature & writing in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Instructor Dominika Wrozynski has taught creative writing and literature for 22 years and welcomes veterans into a safe and welcoming space to explore reading & writing.
